Rear Lower Control Arms Built With 1.625” 3/16” Wall DOM. Welded Johnny Joint on one fixed end with a Polyurethane Bushing on the other fixed end.
Rear Upper Control Arms Built With 1.625” 3/16” Wall DOM. Welded Johnny Joint on one fixed end with a Polyurethane Bushing on the other fixed end.

I met a couple of the Core 4x4 guys at the Salt Lake Offroad Expo and decided to try them out after noticing one of my control arm bushings was disintegrated. I called to discuss parts on Thursday and I was leaving for a trip on Saturday. These guys built my control arms and had them ready to be picked up Friday, 24 hours later. The parts seem to be great quality and they charged me nothing extra to have them painted. These guys were extremely helpful and without them my trip probably would have been cancelled. looking forward to testing out the arms on my next trip to Moab.

I have bought a bunch of sets of arms, track bars and even had custom work done by Core 4x4. Just yesterday, Spence and Cam delivered an awesome cross member they designed and built for me! All of their products have been exceptional! I have personally seen their progression with design changes/updates. They truly take pride in their work and products. Quality control is second to none! They’ve also helped me diagnose issues with different jeeps I’ve had, as well as Dodge/Rams. These guys know their stuff! Really! Not sure where to start, Products or Service or Warranty.
Products: I found Core4x4 through a very respected YouTuber in the Jeeping community. I purchased an entire set of Core4x4 Control Arms three years ago and have beat the daylights out of them and they are still in great condition. Now, I purchased another Jeep, this time for my daughter and bought yet another set of Control Arms because I know that these things can take a beating and stand up to it. I plan on replacing more parts on this TJ and my JL and will continue to buy from Core4x4.
Service: This isn't some huge name conglomerate that treats you like you're just another customer. They are quick with responses and will always make things right should something be a problem. Oh and the quickness in which they ship their products is unmatched. I bought these CAs for my TJ on Thursday, I received them on Monday. Most other manufacturers will tell you weeks, they had them to me in 2 shipping days.
Warranty: Seriously, a lifetime warranty? Yes please. Nothing more to say.
I can't say enough about how great of a company this is. I've even spoken to the owner through email a few years back on some questions that I had. Support small American built businesses.

I ordered the jeep xj long arm lift kit. Control arms showed up first they turned out amazing!! Had some issues with the powder coating on the cross member and sent korby and the team at core4x4 an email. They got right on making me another cross member and sending it out. I appreciate all the help they've given me along the way. Very fast response thru emails. Build quality seems to be pretty dang nice!! Can't wait to install it and enjoy it!

2001 Wrangler TJ- i have purchased all front/rear upper/lower control arms. Front track bar and rear track bar. Quality is excellent and extremely durable you can tell its built to last. Bent a bolt on the front track bar and called and spoke with Spence. He immediately sent me out new hardware plus some! Product is amazing but what really separates companies apart is their service and these guys are second to none. Thank you all!
