TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use govern your use of core4x4.com and your purchase of products from CORE 4X4, LLC, a Utah limited liability company, located at 936 Industrial Park Road, Orem, Utah 84057. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the payment method you provide. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or export restrictions.
2. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. Our order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not accept your order. A contract forms when we begin production of your build-to-order parts or ship your order, whichever comes first.
3. Pricing and errors
We work to keep prices, specs, and descriptions accurate, but errors happen. If we discover a pricing or description error affecting your order, we will contact you with the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. If we can't reach you, we will cancel and refund.
4. Build-to-order products; cancellations
Most CORE 4X4 products are built to order in your selected color. Orders placed by 3:00 PM Mountain Time enter production the next business day.
You may change or cancel an order before production begins at no charge by calling 385-375-2104. Once production has begun, cancellation is subject to a 10% fee, as your parts are built to your specification and finish. See also Return Policy and Shipping & Delivery.
5. Shipping, returns, warranty
Shipping terms: Shipping & Delivery. Returns and refunds: Return Policy. Product warranty: you break it, we replace it. Those policies are part of these Terms.
6. Intended use; safety
Our products are aftermarket vehicle components intended for off-road use. Modifying a vehicle's suspension, steering, or ride height changes its handling characteristics and may affect compliance with state vehicle-equipment laws. You are responsible for legal compliance in your jurisdiction, correct installation (professional installation recommended), and operating the modified vehicle safely. See our Disclaimers.
7. Intellectual property
The site and its content — text, photos, video, product designs, logos, and code — belong to CORE 4X4 or its licensors. You may view and print content for personal use. You may not republish, scrape, or commercially exploit site content without written permission. You are welcome to link to any page of the site.
8. Trademarks
Jeep®, Ram®, Dodge®, Chevrolet®, GMC®, Cadillac®, Toyota®, Ford®, and other vehicle names are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify product fitment. CORE 4X4 is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.
9. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no unauthorized access attempts, no interference with site operation, no malware, no scraping at scale, no fraudulent orders, no infringing or unlawful content submission.
10. Disclaimers; limitation of liability
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORE 4X4 DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SITE, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN OUR WRITTEN PRODUCT WARRANTY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORE 4X4'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER, AND CORE 4X4 IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING VEHICLE DOWNTIME, TOWING, OR INSTALLATION OR REMOVAL LABOR. Some states don't allow certain limitations; those limitations apply only to the extent permitted where you live. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Governing law; disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from an order will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify CORE 4X4 and its owners, employees, and agents against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse or improper installation of products.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when the order was placed.
14. General
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms plus the referenced policies are the entire agreement regarding the site.
