1. Warranties
CORE 4X4 products are backed by our written warranty — you break it, we replace it. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THAT WRITTEN WARRANTY, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORE 4X4 DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR SUITABILITY FOR A SPECIFIC APPLICATION. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties; those limitations apply only to the extent permitted where you live.
2. Intended use and vehicle modification
Our products are aftermarket components intended for off-road use. Modifying a vehicle's suspension, steering, or ride height changes how it handles, brakes, and behaves — on-road and off. It is your responsibility to:
- Confirm the modification is legal where you drive (vehicle-equipment laws vary by state)
- Operate the modified vehicle within its changed limits
- Keep every component inspected and maintained
A note on expectations: suspension and steering behavior depends on the whole vehicle — tires, lift height, alignment, wear in every joint, and the quality of the installation. Our product pages describe what each part is, what it is made of, and what it lets you adjust. No single component can be guaranteed to produce a specific handling outcome on your specific rig, and we don't claim otherwise.
3. Installation
Professional installation is recommended. Correct installation — proper torque specs, alignment after install, and re-checking fasteners after initial off-road use — is your responsibility or your installer's. CORE 4X4 is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, modification of the product, or use beyond its intended purpose.
Damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered by our warranty. That is the only installation-related limit, and it is stated identically on the warranty page.
4. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORE 4X4 IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF ITS PRODUCTS, INCLUDING LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, VEHICLE DOWNTIME, TOWING, OR LABOR COSTS FOR REMOVAL AND REINSTALLATION. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, as stated in our Terms of Use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
5. Shipping damage and missing items
Inspect your shipment when it arrives, and check the contents against your packing list before disassembling your vehicle. We are not responsible for costs incurred by taking a rig apart before confirming the order is complete.
If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at 385-375-2104 or support@core4x4.com. We file the carrier claim — not you. We hold the shipping contract and deal with the carrier directly; see Shipping & Delivery for the full process.
Packages marked delivered. Once a carrier records a delivery scan, we don't control what happens next and we can't replace a stolen package at no charge. We will open a trace, supply every document the carrier asks for, and start a replacement build fast if you need parts. Signature-required delivery is available on request.
6. Product information accuracy
We work to keep specs, photos, weights, and fitment data accurate, but products evolve and errors happen. Photos may show optional colors or configurations. If a listing error affects your order, our Terms of Use section 3 governs — you will always get the choice to reconfirm or cancel for a full refund.
7. Financing
Financing is offered through third parties — Affirm and PayTomorrow — subject to their approval and their terms. CORE 4X4 does not make credit decisions and does not set financing terms. See each provider's disclosures during checkout.
8. Trademarks
Jeep®, Ram®, Dodge®, Chevrolet®, GMC®, Cadillac®, Toyota®, Ford®, and other vehicle and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders, used only to identify product fitment. CORE 4X4 is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.
