I purchased upper and lower adjustable arms for my WJ and lowers were missing the spacers. I didn't know until 3 months later when I was installing them. With absolutely zero hassles they quickly sent me the missing spacers. Fantastic product and service! Huge thank you guys for the awesome service and parts!!! Customer service is quickly becoming a lost commodity and you guys gave me hope that it's still alive and well, you just have to buy from the right people... I purchased a upper and lower set of control arms from core 4x4 they came early then expected and seem to be very nice quality I ran into a complication installing them and emailed them my question I was expecting to get the response maybe the next day because it was after hours I got a response in about a few minutes which allowed me to finish the project that day I super appreciate that, the products are good strong lifetime warranty and their customer service is top notch

I contacted these guys on a Saturday through email and needed some control arms by the following weekend, Spence got back with me and told me he would make sure the order got shipped out on Monday, they got busy and wasn’t able to ship the package out so he got back with me that evening and upgraded my shipping for free and shipped out the next day, only because he told me he’d make sure I’d have them by the weekend! This company sticks to their word! The customer service from these guys are unmatched and they will have another lifetime customer here!

Ordered a control arm and track bar kit for my WJ from Core 4x4 on Monday 7/28 and received it today, Friday 8/1. Im not a state or two away, im in CT aka the other side of the country. Communication is phenominal, emails were responded too in an hour or less. Parts arrived well packed, not damaged, and are great quality for my needs. There arent many companies left that service customers as well as Core 4x4 and i wont hesitate to check them out again if i need something else. Well done!

Awesome control arms! My mechanic said “ your Jeep is pretty much bulletproof now.” And I just got the tier 1 arms! The people at the core 4x4 shop were really nice too. They were running behind on shipping, (which is understandable) so I decided to go pick it up because it was only an hour drive. They gave me a free $60 hardware kit for the inconvenience. Thanks core 4x4! You guys are awesome!!

I ordered some custom control arms, but from the wrong product line and they were super cool about returning them and upgrading to a better "Crawl" series. Only charged the difference between the two products. They paid all the return shipping and sent the uprgaded arms super quick. It was only a couple days. Awesome!!

Also, these control arms are stout and take a beating. I run heck out my Jeep in the rocks and desert. No problems whatsoever.

First time buying from Korby @ Core 4x4 and it’s being nothing short of a great experience. I bought the non adjustable Trail kit for my 5th Gen Ram 1500 with a 2” lift. The welds look great, nice powder coat finish and quality bushing. Had some trouble fitting the grease nipples due to the powder coating but a thread tap would fix that. They fit easily and perform great. I felt the improvement straight away. No more wheel hop on hard acceleration which was my main reason for the purchase.
I was missing some smaller bushings needed for the 5th Gen and Korby’s custom service was on point, with responsive emails and mailing out the missing parts straight away. Very happy with their products and customer service. Highly recommended company👌🏽
