Front Lower Control Arm Built With 1.75” OD 5/16” Wall DOM. Welded Johnny Joint on the fixed end and a Forged Johnny Joint on the adjustable end with 1.25” x 12 TPI - 2.625” long threads.
Front Upper Control Arm Built With 1.5” OD 5/16” Wall DOM. Welded u-bracket on the welded end and a Forged Johnny Joints on the adjustable end with 1” x 14” TPI - 2.32” long threads.
Rear Lower Control Arm Built With 1.75” OD 5/16” Wall DOM. Welded Johnny Joint on the fixed end and a Forged Johnny Joints on the adjustable end with 1” x 14 TPI - 2.32” long threads.

We have all shopped places where the person on the phone makes you feel like they don't have the time to talk to you the customer or answer your questions. I can tell you first hand that's not Core 4x4. They have the best customer service I have seen so far. They have taken the time to respond to all of my questions in a very prompt and professional manner, taking the time to answer each and every question I have had. Great products they sell, got a crawl series long arm kit for my xj and it has held up quite nice, they are beefy, and for what ever reason they fail it has a great warranty with a customer service to match, when someone asks what control arm kit to buy I always recommend core 4x4

I have bought a bunch of sets of arms, track bars and even had custom work done by Core 4x4. Just yesterday, Spence and Cam delivered an awesome cross member they designed and built for me! All of their products have been exceptional! I have personally seen their progression with design changes/updates. They truly take pride in their work and products. Quality control is second to none! They’ve also helped me diagnose issues with different jeeps I’ve had, as well as Dodge/Rams. These guys know their stuff! Really! Purchased a set of Trailing arms for my Ram 1500, quality is first class. I bought the ones with the Jonny Joints for more articulation and it appears from the construction I should get a lifetime of use, Zerk fittings are an added plus. Would defiantly recommend, and the the service team answered all of my questions.

Outstanding experience! I asked Core to build me a set of custom control arms that were larger/heavier than they normally build. They gladly accepted the challenge and turned out an expertly crafted and super strong product ahead of schedule. Fit and finish are excellent. Spence and Cameron were a pleasure to work with every step of the way. And all of this for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys!
