Great company. Highly satisfied with Core 4x4 customer service. Had some bushings fall apart around 600 miles from home. Called and spoke with Korby Linscomb on Thursday, late in the afternoon. He was able to get my bushings sent across country overnight at a very reasonable rate. Had me up and running by Friday evening with enough time to enjoy the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. I contacted these guys on a Saturday through email and needed some control arms by the following weekend, Spence got back with me and told me he would make sure the order got shipped out on Monday, they got busy and wasn’t able to ship the package out so he got back with me that evening and upgraded my shipping for free and shipped out the next day, only because he told me he’d make sure I’d have them by the weekend! This company sticks to their word! The customer service from these guys are unmatched and they will have another lifetime customer here!

After ordering an upper and lower adjustable control arm kit manufactured by CORE 4X4 from a jeep parts distributor who's intials are E.T., they came with 3 of the threaded ends missing. After over 2 months of phone calls and emails to this E.T. company nothing was resolved. I finally decided to call CORE 4X4 myself and tell them my dilemma. I spoke with a very personable and professional gentleman named Korby, who is one of CORE 4X4's representatives, after a brief discussion of what I went thru he simply asked me for a picture and some measurements and the items I was missing and asked if I could cover ONLY the cost of shipping and I had my missing parts in exactly 1 weeks time. This company not only builds all it's parts in the U.S.A., they stand behind their products with great customer service and life time warranty. My experience with this company and their Rep Korby was fantastic. I would definitely recommend CORE 4X4 to anyone who needs parts for any 4x4 projects. You just can't beat their quality and service. I want to share a truly positive experience. I ordered a car kit consisting of two packages, but unfortunately one was lost during shipping with UPS. The situation could have become complicated... but it didn't. The company manager was extremely helpful and professional: he personally followed up on the situation and did everything he could to resolve the issue, even sending me the package again without hesitation. In September 2025, we visited CORE 4x4 in Orem, Utah. CORE 4x4 makes control arms and other similar parts that stiffen the suspension of an off-road 4x4 vehicles, so that the off-road vehicles can travel on more rugged terrain. CORE 4x4 used to share this building with another business, and since this other business has moved elsewhere, CORE 4x4 will continue to expand and grow their business. Good for CORE 4x4 to be a growing company and to expand into the vacant part of the building.

First time buying from Korby @ Core 4x4 and it’s being nothing short of a great experience. I bought the non adjustable Trail kit for my 5th Gen Ram 1500 with a 2” lift. The welds look great, nice powder coat finish and quality bushing. Had some trouble fitting the grease nipples due to the powder coating but a thread tap would fix that. They fit easily and perform great. I felt the improvement straight away. No more wheel hop on hard acceleration which was my main reason for the purchase. I was missing some smaller bushings needed for the 5th Gen and Korby’s custom service was on point, with responsive emails and mailing out the missing parts straight away. Very happy with their products and customer service. Highly recommended company👌🏽

Phenomenal company - very rare to come by in the automotive industry. Also very impressing. Let me start here. I got a set of yellow sway bar end links for my 19 ram DT (new body style) and let me tell you, I’m hooked. For numerous reasons. One the craftsmanship behind the product is unmatched for sure for without breaking the bank. 2ndly, they stand behind their product. Had a very minor issue and it was resolved in a blink of an eye!!! Insane. Just because of what i listed above i will forever spend my money with core 4x4! And i think you should too! I have no affiliation at all with this company besides being a consumer. I will be ordering my yellow UCAs and the rest of my rear suspension from them here shortly! Korby on the other hand. The representative that helped me went above and beyond FAST. I hung up the phone with him, and with in no lie 3 minutes he was calling back with an answer.
