Company finally made things right

Korby and the rest of the team at Core 4x4 know there stuff and answered my question in a timely manner. They even were able to quick ship a re-build kit for me so I could get my truck back on the road- Thanks!

Great long arm kit with everything else I needed as well! They worked with me to ensure that I was getting an upgraded components kit just like I wanted. Fast shipping with some of the best packaging that I have ever seen. Nothing was scratched or missing and this kit is even more impressive than the videos or website can show. Powder coating looks great with no issues. I would highly recommend CORE 4x4 to anyone looking for a great quality kit.

upper control arms look great and went on easy.. only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because of a shipping issue which put my build a week behind. The issue was resolved quickly and painlessly, great customer service. Only time will tell how control arms perform but they look great and like they will go above and beyond control arm demand.

I met a couple of the Core 4x4 guys at the Salt Lake Offroad Expo and decided to try them out after noticing one of my control arm bushings was disintegrated. I called to discuss parts on Thursday and I was leaving for a trip on Saturday. These guys built my control arms and had them ready to be picked up Friday, 24 hours later. The parts seem to be great quality and they charged me nothing extra to have them painted. These guys were extremely helpful and without them my trip probably would have been cancelled. looking forward to testing out the arms on my next trip to Moab.

Great experience with Core 4x4! I purchased some suspension parts for my dad's 98 Jeep TJ. The products they make are super durable and look even better in person. Attention to detail and overall superior quality. The staff at Core 4x4 is super helpful also, Korby has been great. Updating me on the status of my order and sending me tracking numbers as well. First off: Korby, the gentleman that helped me decide on which kit to go with is EASILY the nicest, and most patient person I’ve dealt with, when ordering parts for this build. Second: the quality of the product is INSANE! These parts are so nicely fabricated, then powder coated for extra longevity, and they even offer an aluminum upgrade in some cases (which I went with, to save weight). Having said all of this, the most impressive thing was the lead time. These parts are build to order, and I literally ordered my suspension one week ago, today! Yes, they built, powder coated, packaged, shipped my suspension components (RAM 1500 Track rear trailing arm full set in 7075 aluminum, and front upper control arms), AND they arrived, all within a week! Granted, that I’m only one state away, but WOW!!! One week?! Amazing! So, in sort: excellent products, which arrived excellently packaged (no damage, an boxes not over-stuffed with heavy suspension parts; three boxes total, as opposed to one super heavy one…my back thanks you), super quickly, and customer service that ANY business would be envious of….so, if you’re in the market, absolutely go with Core 4X4!
