RockJock's Pro Edition Johnny Joint Suspension System for JL Wrangler Unlimiteds (4-door) with the EcoDiesel engine provides 3 1/2 inches of lift and allows for efficient clearance of up to 37 in. tall tires (with minor trimming, larger tires will require aftermarket fenders). This kit is comprised of only the highest end components in the areas of strength, fit, finish, function, and the engineering to back them. This kit is designed specifically for the serious off-roader who not only wants to lift their vehicle and install big tires, but also wants to tackle the toughest trails in the country with confidence and ease. Included in this kit is the full set of 8 Johnny Joint adjustable control arms, set of 4 progressively wound coil springs including one front and one rear coil spring shim, front, EcoDiesel specific) and rear bump stop kits, Johnny Joint adjustable front and rear trac bars, rear trac bar geometry relocation bracket, front and rear adjustable extended sway bar links and front brake line relocation brackets. Great company, who worked with me on shipping parts, to arrive in time for a show, when I explained my concern of possibly not getting the control arms in time. Quality is amazing on the part, affordable price for what you get, and the powdercoat is top notch, not a single issue with this product, would buy again.

Their website estimated 2 days to get my parts but actually took 11. No communication to let me know what’s going on. Parts were missing. Some days they answer questions, some they don’t. Didn’t let me know I’d have to alter stock bolts to fit their parts.
All around just seems like they don’t care.

Ive had the front adjustable control arm kit in bright green for my 1996 ZJ.
Ive had the kit for about a year now and i have to say, im extremely impressed, over 1000 miles off-road and roughly 20,000 miles on the highway. These control arm kits for any vehicle built by core 4x4 are well worth the money, just be aware thereight be some minor scatches or chips from shipping ( but who should care about that if you're beating the crap out of em' they way they were built and designed for)

In September 2025, we visited CORE 4x4 in Orem, Utah. CORE 4x4 makes control arms and other similar parts that stiffen the suspension of an off-road 4x4 vehicles, so that the off-road vehicles can travel on more rugged terrain. CORE 4x4 used to share this building with another business, and since this other business has moved elsewhere, CORE 4x4 will continue to expand and grow their business. Good for CORE 4x4 to be a growing company and to expand into the vacant part of the building.
