RockJock's narrow forged Johnny Joints for fabricators and suspension system builders offer up to 40 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction as compared to 22 degrees on a common heim joint! Johnny Joint rod ends offer cushioning that a heim joint cannot provide via high-density urethane bushings that encase the inner ball. The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. This specific joint is designed to fit the axle side of the 2021 and up Bronco's rear control arms and feature a narrow 2 1/2 in. diameter joint body, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2.3 in. of 1 1/4 in.-12 right hand threads on the shank, and a 70mm mounting width ball with a 16mm thru bolt hole. Finished in gold zinc plating.

Phenomenal company - very rare to come by in the automotive industry. Also very impressing. Let me start here. I got a set of yellow sway bar end links for my 19 ram DT (new body style) and let me tell you, I’m hooked. For numerous reasons. One the craftsmanship behind the product is unmatched for sure for without breaking the bank. 2ndly, they stand behind their product. Had a very minor issue and it was resolved in a blink of an eye!!! Insane. Just because of what i listed above i will forever spend my money with core 4x4! And i think you should too! I have no affiliation at all with this company besides being a consumer. I will be ordering my yellow UCAs and the rest of my rear suspension from them here shortly!
Korby on the other hand. The representative that helped me went above and beyond FAST. I hung up the phone with him, and with in no lie 3 minutes he was calling back with an answer. I am really please with this company. Great product, i had an issue with a couple of the jonnhy joint bushings, they explained what had caused it and how to fix it. Within hrs of receiving my inquiry, i had heard back with the required info I needed. A couple hrs later problem was fixed and ready for the trail again. I met a couple of the Core 4x4 guys at the Salt Lake Offroad Expo and decided to try them out after noticing one of my control arm bushings was disintegrated. I called to discuss parts on Thursday and I was leaving for a trip on Saturday. These guys built my control arms and had them ready to be picked up Friday, 24 hours later. The parts seem to be great quality and they charged me nothing extra to have them painted. These guys were extremely helpful and without them my trip probably would have been cancelled. looking forward to testing out the arms on my next trip to Moab.

In September 2025, we visited CORE 4x4 in Orem, Utah. CORE 4x4 makes control arms and other similar parts that stiffen the suspension of an off-road 4x4 vehicles, so that the off-road vehicles can travel on more rugged terrain. CORE 4x4 used to share this building with another business, and since this other business has moved elsewhere, CORE 4x4 will continue to expand and grow their business. Good for CORE 4x4 to be a growing company and to expand into the vacant part of the building.
