RockJock's forged Johnny Joints for fabricators and suspension system builders offer 30 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction as compared to 22 degrees on a common heim joint! Johnny Joint rod ends offer cushioning that a heim joint cannot provide via high-density urethane bushings that encase the inner ball. The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. This specific joint is designed to fit the axle side of the 2021 and up Bronco's rear control arms and feature a 2 1/2 in. diameter joint body, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2.3 in. of 1 1/4 in.-12 right hand threads on the shank, and a 70mm mounting width ball with a 16mm thru bolt hole. Finished in gold zinc plating.

Great products they sell, got a crawl series long arm kit for my xj and it has held up quite nice, they are beefy, and for what ever reason they fail it has a great warranty with a customer service to match, when someone asks what control arm kit to buy I always recommend core 4x4

I contacted these guys on a Saturday through email and needed some control arms by the following weekend, Spence got back with me and told me he would make sure the order got shipped out on Monday, they got busy and wasn’t able to ship the package out so he got back with me that evening and upgraded my shipping for free and shipped out the next day, only because he told me he’d make sure I’d have them by the weekend! Installed rear and upper control arms and track bar on my 3rd Gen 4RUNNER to align rear axle and restore factory wheel base after 3.5" lift. Car drives better than New! I couldn't have been more excited for the initial unboxing of these new Core 4x4 UCA's!
They appear to be so well built and just a true quality product.
Installation was a breeze and the initial testing with the forklift appears to have given me some additional flex with less binding on the rest of the components now that the geometry is back properly aligned.
Time will tell how they hold up on my near future off-road adventures but I don't have any doubt that they are up to the task!
