RockJock's forged Johnny Joints for fabricators and suspension system builders offer 30 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction as compared to 22 degrees on a common heim joint! Johnny Joint rod ends offer cushioning that a heim joint cannot provide via high-density urethane bushings that encase the inner ball. The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. This specific joint is designed to fit the frame side of the 2021 and up Bronco's rear control arms and feature a 2 1/2 in. diameter joint body, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2.3 in. of 1 1/4 in.-12 left hand threads on the shank, and a 3.150 in. mounting width ball with a .718 in. thru hole. Have full upper/lower CA set on both front and rear axles on a 96 ZJ. These are the rubber bushing sets not joint sets. I have beat the hell out it in the Nevada desert for 2 years and has been great. I don’t go fast but I do articulate suspension a lot. Super solid and haven’t any issues. Just inspected the entire set recently due to some banging under it. Turns out the banging is lower rear shock bushings. Inspected each CA along the way nothing. Aside from dirt and obviously winter roads and what not still in excellent condition, bushings are solid like the day they were installed. I’ll add that I’m about tapped on a short arm at 4.25(less with settle) so the front CA’s get beat on just from that, still they’re like new. Paint is great condition, this set is red. I would definitely buy again. Another plus for me, Utah isn’t local necessarily, but it’s nice to support businesses closer to me.

2022 I ordered a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in High Velocity yellow. Without any hesitation I knew I was going with Core 4x4’s 16pc Camp series suspension, powder coated in yellow. Compliments were a given from any and everyone that looked under my jeep. So beefy, I may have left some yellow paint on the rocks from Maine to Florida, but no bends or breaks. Customer service has been perfect each and every time I have needed something. Their warranty is top notch! Their communication is also wonderful. Might upgrade to the Crawl Series control arms where the Johnny joints are on both sides. Great all around company and a great team to troubleshoot your issue and come to a conclusion. Nothing bad to say about this company. Just love this suspension.

I have a 2016 RAM 1500 Crew Cab and I replaced the rear upper and lower control arms also the pan hard track bar and also the sway bar and links for the rear with all I had the articulating bushings. The vehicle now has no body role. They are absolutely incredible if you get the control arms you gotta get the CORE 4 x 4sway bar end links don’t don’t try and be cheap and get Moog or something else you got to get articulating bushings get the core 4 x 4 ones they are the best. My truck drives now through the canyons like a BMW. I have Fox high-performance shocks on there as well with all the CORE 4 x 4 suspension parts and they are amazing. Well worth the money I would highly recommend anybody thinking about CORE 4 x 4 go with CORE 4X4 and if you can go with their articulating bushings, they’re unbelievable drives better now than my Escalades. Well planted no body role and smooth on the Highway unbelievable the difference they all made!!

Installed rear and upper control arms and track bar on my 3rd Gen 4RUNNER to align rear axle and restore factory wheel base after 3.5" lift. Car drives better than New! Outstanding experience! I asked Core to build me a set of custom control arms that were larger/heavier than they normally build. They gladly accepted the challenge and turned out an expertly crafted and super strong product ahead of schedule. Fit and finish are excellent.
