I purchased a set of the Cruiser Series control arms for my Jeep Jk based on postive reviews from different Jeep Facebook pages. Ordered and 2 days later realized they had the very same exact arms on sale in the overstock section. Called them up and they refunded me the savings from my original purchase. Top notch company. Mechanic lost bolts that clamp upper control arms. Korby sent out spare bolts no charge. Best customer service I’ve come across in a long time. Only suspension brand I’ll ever use.

In September 2025, we visited CORE 4x4 in Orem, Utah. CORE 4x4 makes control arms and other similar parts that stiffen the suspension of an off-road 4x4 vehicles, so that the off-road vehicles can travel on more rugged terrain. CORE 4x4 used to share this building with another business, and since this other business has moved elsewhere, CORE 4x4 will continue to expand and grow their business. Good for CORE 4x4 to be a growing company and to expand into the vacant part of the building.

Excellent service, Prompt responses when needing technical assistance, Amazing looking parts that fit excellently. I would recommend them to anyone looking for suspension components. I am really please with this company. Great product, i had an issue with a couple of the jonnhy joint bushings, they explained what had caused it and how to fix it. Within hrs of receiving my inquiry, i had heard back with the required info I needed. A couple hrs later problem was fixed and ready for the trail again. Great product for a good price. Customer service is top notch, I had an issue which was self cause and Core 4x4 helped me out even though it was my own fault. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
