I ordered some custom control arms, but from the wrong product line and they were super cool about returning them and upgrading to a better "Crawl" series. Only charged the difference between the two products. They paid all the return shipping and sent the uprgaded arms super quick. It was only a couple days. Awesome!! I couldn't be happier with the transaction👍🏼 Also, these control arms are stout and take a beating. I run heck out my Jeep in the rocks and desert. No problems whatsoever. Absolutely incredible family owned business. I asked to pick up my order since I’m local and they came in on a weekend to accommodate. Had to make some adjustments to parts and took the time to make sure it was perfect. Parts are incredible quality. If you have a Jeep, do not hesitate to support this local business.

Their website estimated 2 days to get my parts but actually took 11. No communication to let me know what’s going on. Parts were missing. Some days they answer questions, some they don’t. Didn’t let me know I’d have to alter stock bolts to fit their parts. All around just seems like they don’t care.

These guys are awesome!! They have helped me build multiple jeeps from zjs to mjs and now with my lj build they all ways impress. There products are the best on the market in my eyes. The best part about it all is it's all made right here in american and shipped anywhere in the world 🌎 . Great long arm kit with everything else I needed as well! They worked with me to ensure that I was getting an upgraded components kit just like I wanted. Fast shipping with some of the best packaging that I have ever seen. Nothing was scratched or missing and this kit is even more impressive than the videos or website can show. Powder coating looks great with no issues. I would highly recommend CORE 4x4 to anyone looking for a great quality kit.

Absolutely a great company. Ordered rear lower control arms with hardware but when i got it the hardware wasn't there but they sent it out right away and got a free t-shirt! Highly recommend.
