I purchased upper and lower adjustable arms for my WJ and lowers were missing the spacers. I didn't know until 3 months later when I was installing them. First of I just want to say Great customer service korby Has helped me from the start and has not let me down! Reached out to him again today and he was able to warranty some parts out for me. As far as the quality of the parts.. excellent! The build quality is great. I can definitely tell a Difference from the cheap oem rear control arms to these and the pan hard bar. Color, From what I can tell it’s super durable been through a few mud holes on top of the daily road grime and after a quick wipe they still pop! Overall I recommend. Customer service is everything for me and it’s definitely there at Core 4x4.

Ordered a control arm and track bar kit for my WJ from Core 4x4 on Monday 7/28 and received it today, Friday 8/1. Im not a state or two away, im in CT aka the other side of the country. Communication is phenominal, emails were responded too in an hour or less. Parts arrived well packed, not damaged, and are great quality for my needs. There arent many companies left that service customers as well as Core 4x4 and i wont hesitate to check them out again if i need something else. Well done!

I can tell you first hand that's not Core 4x4. They have the best customer service I have seen so far. They have taken the time to respond to all of my questions in a very prompt and professional manner, taking the time to answer each and every question I have had. Had a worn out set of rear upper control arms on my TJ. These were old rubicon express long arms. can’t buy replacements and no one makes a direct fit replacement. Talked with Korby at core off road sent some measurements and photos and a week later new arms showed up. Packaging was perfect fit was perfect. Would highly recommend giving these guys a call.
