Core 4x4's Crawl Series rear upper control arms replace the worn factory stamped-steel arms on the Chevy Avalanche 1500 (2002–2006). The factory arms use soft rubber bushings and a fixed length, so there's no way to correct pinion angle after a lift or leveling kit. These Core 4x4 arms are a serious step up: DOM steel tubing and forged Rock Jock Johnny Joints at both ends for maximum articulation, with adjustable length to set rear pinion angle back to spec.
Includes: Rear upper control arms (pair); mounting hardware (bolts, nuts, and washers).

Suspension Type — Standard or Autoride (Z55): Select at checkout. Z55 trucks have factory rear air leveling; the Autoride version includes the ride-height sensor mounting tab on both rear upper arms. If you're not sure which you have, check the RPO sticker in the glove box for a Z55 code.
Notes:
- Hardware is included with your arms. If you ever need replacements down the road, the matching kit is available separately.
- Running a lift? The 4-piece rear set (CRL-G-800-AVA-RS4) adds the matching lower arms to replace all four rear arms in one job.

I purchased a upper and lower set of control arms from core 4x4 they came early then expected and seem to be very nice quality I ran into a complication installing them and emailed them my question I was expecting to get the response maybe the next day because it was after hours I got a response in about a few minutes which allowed me to finish the project that day I super appreciate that, the products are good strong lifetime warranty and their customer service is top notch

2022 I ordered a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in High Velocity yellow. Without any hesitation I knew I was going with Core 4x4’s 16pc Camp series suspension, powder coated in yellow. Compliments were a given from any and everyone that looked under my jeep. So beefy, I may have left some yellow paint on the rocks from Maine to Florida, but no bends or breaks. Customer service has been perfect each and every time I have needed something. Their warranty is top notch! Their communication is also wonderful. Might upgrade to the Crawl Series control arms where the Johnny joints are on both sides. Great all around company and a great team to troubleshoot your issue and come to a conclusion. Nothing bad to say about this company. Just love this suspension.

I've been having trouble with the track bar (on my 2nd gen Dodge) since I installed the 3rd gen Synergy adapter bracket and a 3rd gen stock bar.. oddly, they call it a '3rd gen bracket' and the stock 3rd gen bar doesn't quite fit, making contact with the bracket. I had attempted to clearance the bracket but it was still making contact and I could feel it over large bumps.
I reached out to a lot of companies, but Core 4x4 offered to make a custom bar for the application with adjustability and dual Johnny joints. The first pass on it didn't work but they sent me out another passenger side end that made it fit incredibly well.
This was all done solely over email/descriptions/pictures/measurements.
Bar is super high quality and heavy duty, made in the US by a family owned company and carries a lifetime warranty. The customer service was responsive and superb, and the price was a lot less than I expected.

Purchased a set of Trailing arms for my Ram 1500, quality is first class. I bought the ones with the Jonny Joints for more articulation and it appears from the construction I should get a lifetime of use, Zerk fittings are an added plus. Small business, family owned, made in the USA, lifetime warranty. Purchased Tier 3 control arms and rear track bar for a 2006 Jeep LJ. Simple website and easy to contact over phone and email. I had some technical questions and they were happy to answer them. They allow local pickup and were built to order same week. The order was wrapped and ready when I walked in and even gave a tour of the shop. They abrasive blast all raw materials to achieve a better surface profile for powdercoat to adhere and create a smooth, durable finish. I also noticed several CNC machines and a robotic welder they use for all their parts. A small outfit with a robotic welder? Their concern for quality is obvious and it shows in the parts they make.
