Rear Upper control arms built with 1.5” OD 5/16” Wall DOM. Polyurethane Bushing on the fixed end and a Forged Johnny Joints on the adjustable end with 1” x 14” TPI - 2.32” long threads.

Ive had the front adjustable control arm kit in bright green for my 1996 ZJ.
Ive had the kit for about a year now and i have to say, im extremely impressed, over 1000 miles off-road and roughly 20,000 miles on the highway. These control arm kits for any vehicle built by core 4x4 are well worth the money, just be aware thereight be some minor scatches or chips from shipping ( but who should care about that if you're beating the crap out of em' they way they were built and designed for)

Had a worn out set of rear upper control arms on my TJ. These were old rubicon express long arms. can’t buy replacements and no one makes a direct fit replacement.
Talked with Korby at core off road sent some measurements and photos and a week later new arms showed up. Packaging was perfect fit was perfect.
Would highly recommend giving these guys a call.

I purchased upper and lower adjustable arms for my WJ and lowers were missing the spacers. I didn't know until 3 months later when I was installing them. With absolutely zero hassles they quickly sent me the missing spacers. Fantastic product and service! Huge thank you guys for the awesome service and parts!!! Customer service is quickly becoming a lost commodity and you guys gave me hope that it's still alive and well, you just have to buy from the right people... Great company. Highly satisfied with Core 4x4 customer service. Had some bushings fall apart around 600 miles from home. Called and spoke with Korby Linscomb on Thursday, late in the afternoon. He was able to get my bushings sent across country overnight at a very reasonable rate. Had me up and running by Friday evening with enough time to enjoy the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. I purchased a upper and lower set of control arms from core 4x4 they came early then expected and seem to be very nice quality I ran into a complication installing them and emailed them my question I was expecting to get the response maybe the next day because it was after hours I got a response in about a few minutes which allowed me to finish the project that day I super appreciate that, the products are good strong lifetime warranty and their customer service is top notch

In September 2025, we visited CORE 4x4 in Orem, Utah. CORE 4x4 makes control arms and other similar parts that stiffen the suspension of an off-road 4x4 vehicles, so that the off-road vehicles can travel on more rugged terrain. CORE 4x4 used to share this building with another business, and since this other business has moved elsewhere, CORE 4x4 will continue to expand and grow their business. Good for CORE 4x4 to be a growing company and to expand into the vacant part of the building.
