I purchased upper and lower adjustable arms for my WJ and lowers were missing the spacers. I didn't know until 3 months later when I was installing them. With absolutely zero hassles they quickly sent me the missing spacers. Fantastic product and service! Huge thank you guys for the awesome service and parts!!! Customer service is quickly becoming a lost commodity and you guys gave me hope that it's still alive and well, you just have to buy from the right people... I am really please with this company. Great product, i had an issue with a couple of the jonnhy joint bushings, they explained what had caused it and how to fix it. Within hrs of receiving my inquiry, i had heard back with the required info I needed. A couple hrs later problem was fixed and ready for the trail again. First of I just want to say Great customer service korby Has helped me from the start and has not let me down! Reached out to him again today and he was able to warranty some parts out for me. As far as the quality of the parts.. excellent! The build quality is great. I can definitely tell a Difference from the cheap oem rear control arms to these and the pan hard bar. Color, From what I can tell it’s super durable been through a few mud holes on top of the daily road grime and after a quick wipe they still pop! Overall I recommend. Customer service is everything for me and it’s definitely there at Core 4x4.

Fast shipping with some of the best packaging that I have ever seen. Nothing was scratched or missing and this kit is even more impressive than the videos or website can show. Great company. Highly satisfied with Core 4x4 customer service. Had some bushings fall apart around 600 miles from home. Called and spoke with Korby Linscomb on Thursday, late in the afternoon. He was able to get my bushings sent across country overnight at a very reasonable rate. Had me up and running by Friday evening with enough time to enjoy the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. Thanks Guys!

Small business, family owned, made in the USA, lifetime warranty. Purchased Tier 3 control arms and rear track bar for a 2006 Jeep LJ. Simple website and easy to contact over phone and email. I had some technical questions and they were happy to answer them. They allow local pickup and were built to order same week. The order was wrapped and ready when I walked in and even gave a tour of the shop. They abrasive blast all raw materials to achieve a better surface profile for powdercoat to adhere and create a smooth, durable finish. I also noticed several CNC machines and a robotic welder they use for all their parts. A small outfit with a robotic welder? Their concern for quality is obvious and it shows in the parts they make. Very impressed. Happy to do business with these guys.
