Front Lower Control Arm built with 1.75” OD 5/16” Wall DOM. A Polyurethane Bushing on the fixed end and a Forged Johnny Joints on the adjustable end with 1.25” x 12 TPI - 2.625” long threads. Front Upper Control Arm built with 1.5” OD 5/16” Wall DOM. Welded u-bracket on the welded end and a Forged Johnny Joints on the adjustable end with 1” x 14” TPI - 2.32” long threads. Rear Upper Control Arms built with 1.75” OD 5/16” Wall DOM. Polyurethane Bushing on the fixed end and a Forged Johnny Joints on the adjustable end with 1.25” x 12 TPI - 2.625” long threads. In September 2025, we visited CORE 4x4 in Orem, Utah. CORE 4x4 makes control arms and other similar parts that stiffen the suspension of an off-road 4x4 vehicles, so that the off-road vehicles can travel on more rugged terrain. CORE 4x4 used to share this building with another business, and since this other business has moved elsewhere, CORE 4x4 will continue to expand and grow their business. Good for CORE 4x4 to be a growing company and to expand into the vacant part of the building.

First off amazing products. I got a set of adjustable control arms for my XJ and it is so nice to be able to dial in caster and pinion angles. A quick call and I was able to purchase an adjustable track.

I have bought a bunch of sets of arms, track bars and even had custom work done by Core 4x4. Just yesterday, Spence and Cam delivered an awesome cross member they designed and built for me! All of their products have been exceptional! I have personally seen their progression with design changes/updates. They truly take pride in their work and products. Quality control is second to none! Top notch company. Mechanic lost bolts that clamp upper control arms. Korby sent out spare bolts no charge. Best customer service I’ve come across in a long time. Only suspension brand I’ll ever use.
