RockJock's forged Johnny Joints for fabricators and suspension system builders offer 30 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction as compared to 22 degrees on a common heim joint! Johnny Joint rod ends offer cushioning that a heim joint cannot provide via high-density urethane bushings that encase the inner ball. The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. This specific joint is a 2 1/2 in. diameter, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2 1/4 in. of 1 1/4 in.-12 right hand threads on the shank, and a 2.365 in. mounting width ball with a .484 in. thru bolt hole. Finished in gold zinc plating.

Outstanding experience! I asked Core to build me a set of custom control arms that were larger/heavier than they normally build. They gladly accepted the challenge and turned out an expertly crafted and super strong product ahead of schedule. Fit and finish are excellent. Spence and Cameron were a pleasure to work with every step of the way. And all of this for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys!

Small business, family owned, made in the USA, lifetime warranty. Purchased Tier 3 control arms and rear track bar for a 2006 Jeep LJ. Simple website and easy to contact over phone and email. I had some technical questions and they were happy to answer them. They allow local pickup and were built to order same week. The order was wrapped and ready when I walked in and even gave a tour of the shop. They abrasive blast all raw materials to achieve a better surface profile for powdercoat to adhere and create a smooth, durable finish. I also noticed several CNC machines and a robotic welder they use for all their parts. A small outfit with a robotic welder? Their concern for quality is obvious and it shows in the parts they make. Very impressed. Happy to do business with these guys.

I have bought a bunch of sets of arms, track bars and even had custom work done by Core 4x4. Just yesterday, Spence and Cam delivered an awesome cross member they designed and built for me! I purchased the Jeep WJ control arms Camp series over a year ago. Very pleased and impressed. Easy installation and solid build. Bracket broke for rear upper control arm, they redesigned it to be more robust and sent me a new one with hardware, honoring their guarantee!

First of I just want to say Great customer service korby Has helped me from the start and has not let me down! Reached out to him again today and he was able to warranty some parts out for me.
As far as the quality of the parts.. excellent! The build quality is great. I can definitely tell a
Difference from the cheap oem rear control arms to these and the pan hard bar.
Color, From what I can tell it’s super durable been through a few mud holes on top of the daily road grime and after a quick wipe they still pop!
Overall I recommend. Customer service is everything for me and it’s definitely there at Core 4x4.

I purchased a set of the Cruiser Series control arms for my Jeep Jk based on postive reviews from different Jeep Facebook pages. Great company. Highly satisfied with Core 4x4 customer service. Had some bushings fall apart around 600 miles from home. Called and spoke with Korby Linscomb on Thursday, late in the afternoon. He was able to get my bushings sent across country overnight at a very reasonable rate. Had me up and running by Friday evening with enough time to enjoy the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. Thanks Guys!
