First off: Korby, the gentleman that helped me decide on which kit to go with is EASILY the nicest, and most patient person I’ve dealt with, when ordering parts for this build. Second: the quality of the product is INSANE! These parts are so nicely fabricated, then powder coated for extra longevity, and they even offer an aluminum upgrade in some cases (which I went with, to save weight). Having said all of this, the most impressive thing was the lead time. These parts are build to order, and I literally ordered my suspension one week ago, today! Yes, they built, powder coated, packaged, shipped my suspension components (RAM 1500 Track rear trailing arm full set in 7075 aluminum, and front upper control arms), AND they arrived, all within a week! Granted, that I’m only one state away, but WOW!!! One week?! Amazing! So, in sort: excellent products, which arrived excellently packaged (no damage, an boxes not over-stuffed with heavy suspension parts; three boxes total, as opposed to one super heavy one…my back thanks you), super quickly, and customer service that ANY business would be envious of….so, if you’re in the market, absolutely go with Core 4X4!

Absolutely incredible family owned business. I asked to pick up my order since I’m local and they came in on a weekend to accommodate. Had to make some adjustments to parts and took the time to make sure it was perfect. Parts are incredible quality. If you have a Jeep, do not hesitate to support this local business.

I've been having trouble with the track bar (on my 2nd gen Dodge) since I installed the 3rd gen Synergy adapter bracket and a 3rd gen stock bar.. oddly, they call it a '3rd gen bracket' and the stock 3rd gen bar doesn't quite fit, making contact with the bracket. I had attempted to clearance the bracket but it was still making contact and I could feel it over large bumps. I reached out to a lot of companies, but Core 4x4 offered to make a custom bar for the application with adjustability and dual Johnny joints. The first pass on it didn't work but they sent me out another passenger side end that made it fit incredibly well. This was all done solely over email/descriptions/pictures/measurements. Bar is super high quality and heavy duty, made in the US by a family owned company and carries a lifetime warranty. The customer service was responsive and superb, and the price was a lot less than I expected.

Company finally made things right

After ordering an upper and lower adjustable control arm kit manufactured by CORE 4X4 from a jeep parts distributor who's intials are E.T., they came with 3 of the threaded ends missing. After over 2 months of phone calls and emails to this E.T. company nothing was resolved. I finally decided to call CORE 4X4 myself and tell them my dilemma. I spoke with a very personable and professional gentleman named Korby, who is one of CORE 4X4's representatives, after a brief discussion of what I went thru he simply asked me for a picture and some measurements and the items I was missing and asked if I could cover ONLY the cost of shipping and I had my missing parts in exactly 1 weeks time. This company not only builds all it's parts in the U.S.A., they stand behind their products with great customer service and life time warranty. My experience with this company and their Rep Korby was fantastic. I would definitely recommend CORE 4X4 to anyone who needs parts for any 4x4 projects. You just can't beat their quality and service. Phenomenal company - very rare to come by in the automotive industry. Also very impressing. Let me start here. I got a set of yellow sway bar end links for my 19 ram DT (new body style) and let me tell you, I’m hooked. For numerous reasons. One the craftsmanship behind the product is unmatched for sure for without breaking the bank. 2ndly, they stand behind their product. Had a very minor issue and it was resolved in a blink of an eye!!! Insane. Just because of what i listed above i will forever spend my money with core 4x4! And i think you should too! I have no affiliation at all with this company besides being a consumer. I will be ordering my yellow UCAs and the rest of my rear suspension from them here shortly! Korby on the other hand. The representative that helped me went above and beyond FAST. I hung up the phone with him, and with in no lie 3 minutes he was calling back with an answer. Not sure where to start, Products or Service or Warranty. Products: I found Core4x4 through a very respected YouTuber in the Jeeping community. I purchased an entire set of Core4x4 Control Arms three years ago and have beat the daylights out of them and they are still in great condition. Now, I purchased another Jeep, this time for my daughter and bought yet another set of Control Arms because I know that these things can take a beating and stand up to it. I plan on replacing more parts on this TJ and my JL and will continue to buy from Core4x4. Service: This isn't some huge name conglomerate that treats you like you're just another customer. They are quick with responses and will always make things right should something be a problem. Oh and the quickness in which they ship their products is unmatched. I bought these CAs for my TJ on Thursday, I received them on Monday. Most other manufacturers will tell you weeks, they had them to me in 2 shipping days. Warranty: Seriously, a lifetime warranty? Yes please. Nothing more to say. I can't say enough about how great of a company this is. I've even spoken to the owner through email a few years back on some questions that I had.
