RockJock's weld-on Johnny Joints for fabricators and suspension system builders offer 30 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction as compared to 22 degrees on a common heim joint! Johnny Joint rod ends offer cushioning that a heim joint cannot provide via high-density urethane bushings that encase the inner ball. The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. The outer shell is weldable .180 in. wall machined DOM tubing, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing. This specific joint is a 2 in. o.d. and features a 2 in. mounting width and a .4375 in. thru bolt hole.

Excellent service, Prompt responses when needing technical assistance, Amazing looking parts that fit excellently. I would recommend them to anyone looking for suspension components. Also very well packaged when we received the shipment, which means no damage from shipping company!! We went with the Crawl Series double adjustable kit and it definitely looks killer on our build!!!

First off amazing products. I got a set of adjustable control arms for my XJ and it is so nice to be able to dial in caster and pinion angles. A quick call and I was able to purchase an adjustable track.

In September 2025, we visited CORE 4x4 in Orem, Utah. CORE 4x4 makes control arms and other similar parts that stiffen the suspension of an off-road 4x4 vehicles, so that the off-road vehicles can travel on more rugged terrain. CORE 4x4 used to share this building with another business, and since this other business has moved elsewhere, CORE 4x4 will continue to expand and grow their business. Good for CORE 4x4 to be a growing company and to expand into the vacant part of the building.

We have all shopped places where the person on the phone makes you feel like they don't have the time to talk to you the customer or answer your questions. I can tell you first hand that's not Core 4x4. They have the best customer service I have seen so far. They have taken the time to respond to all of my questions in a very prompt and professional manner, taking the time to answer each and every question I have had. Their website estimated 2 days to get my parts but actually took 11. No communication to let me know what’s going on. Parts were missing. Some days they answer questions, some they don’t. Didn’t let me know I’d have to alter stock bolts to fit their parts.
All around just seems like they don’t care.
