RockJock's narrow forged Johnny Joints for fabricators and suspension system builders offer 40 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction as compared to 22 degrees on a common heim joint! Johnny Joint rod ends offer cushioning that a heim joint cannot provide via high-density urethane bushing that encases the inner ball. The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. This specific joint is a 2 in. diameter, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2 1/4 in. of 3/4 in.-16 right hand threads on the shank, and a 1.600 in. mounting width ball with a .562 in. thru bolt hole. Finished in gold zinc plating.

I couldn't have been more excited for the initial unboxing of these new Core 4x4 UCA's!
They appear to be so well built and just a true quality product.
Installation was a breeze and the initial testing with the forklift appears to have given me some additional flex with less binding on the rest of the components now that the geometry is back properly aligned.
Time will tell how they hold up on my near future off-road adventures but I don't have any doubt that they are up to the task!

First off amazing products. I got a set of adjustable control arms for my XJ and it is so nice to be able to dial in caster and pinion angles. A quick call and I was able to purchase an adjustable track.

I am really please with this company. Great product, i had an issue with a couple of the jonnhy joint bushings, they explained what had caused it and how to fix it. Within hrs of receiving my inquiry, i had heard back with the required info I needed. A couple hrs later problem was fixed and ready for the trail again. Installed rear and upper control arms and track bar on my 3rd Gen 4RUNNER to align rear axle and restore factory wheel base after 3.5" lift. Car drives better than New! Top notch company. Mechanic lost bolts that clamp upper control arms. Korby sent out spare bolts no charge. Best customer service I’ve come across in a long time. Only suspension brand I’ll ever use.

Have full upper/lower CA set on both front and rear axles on a 96 ZJ. These are the rubber bushing sets not joint sets. I have beat the hell out it in the Nevada desert for 2 years and has been great. I don’t go fast but I do articulate suspension a lot. Super solid and haven’t any issues. Just inspected the entire set recently due to some banging under it. Turns out the banging is lower rear shock bushings. Inspected each CA along the way nothing. Aside from dirt and obviously winter roads and what not still in excellent condition, bushings are solid like the day they were installed. I’ll add that I’m about tapped on a short arm at 4.25(less with settle) so the front CA’s get beat on just from that, still they’re like new. Paint is great condition, this set is red. I would definitely buy again. Another plus for me, Utah isn’t local necessarily, but it’s nice to support businesses closer to me.
