RockJock's narrow forged Johnny Joints for fabricators and suspension system builders offer 40 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction as compared to 22 degrees on a common heim joint! Johnny Joint rod ends offer cushioning that a heim joint cannot provide via high-density urethane bushing that encases the inner ball. The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. This specific joint is a 2 in. diameter, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2 1/4 in. of 1 in.-14 right hand threads on the shank, and a 1.750 in. mounting width ball with a .500 in. thru bolt hole. Finished in gold zinc plating.

The customer service is first class. I had an issue with a track bar I installed on my F350. I don’t have any other Core 4x4 parts yet, but with the way I was treated, I know their parts are well done, because they went above and beyond to make sure I was made whole. They wouldn’t be in business if they had to take care of a lot of people like they took care of me. Will definitely be back when it’s time to build the Jeep!

Installed the full kit on my XJ. Ride quality is night and day better than what I had before. The articulation on the trail is insane. These guys know what they are doing. Already recommended Core 4x4 to everyone in my club.

First of I just want to say Great customer service korby Has helped me from the start and has not let me down! Reached out to him again today and he was able to warranty some parts out for me.
As far as the quality of the parts.. excellent! The build quality is great. I can definitely tell a
Difference from the cheap oem rear control arms to these and the pan hard bar.
Color, From what I can tell it’s super durable been through a few mud holes on top of the daily road grime and after a quick wipe they still pop!
Overall I recommend. Customer service is everything for me and it’s definitely there at Core 4x4.

To start off if you're looking to upgrade your control arms definitely hit this company up. Great product, easy install of the product, with three different tiers everything is priced pretty good, I'm a sticker guy and they sent a sticker for each arm each track bar and also three extra ones so the extra are on the Jeep the advertise them for sure. I purchased upper and lower adjustable arms for my WJ and lowers were missing the spacers. I didn't know until 3 months later when I was installing them. With absolutely zero hassles they quickly sent me the missing spacers. Fantastic product and service! Huge thank you guys for the awesome service and parts!!! Ordered a control arm and track bar kit for my WJ from Core 4x4 on Monday 7/28 and received it today, Friday 8/1. Im not a state or two away, im in CT aka the other side of the country. Communication is phenominal, emails were responded too in an hour or less. Parts arrived well packed, not damaged, and are great quality for my needs. There arent many companies left that service customers as well as Core 4x4 and i wont hesitate to check them out again if i need something else. Well done!
