RockJock's Front Axle Housing Johnny Joint Kit for TJ Wrangler, LJ Unlimited, XJ Cherokee, MJ Comanche and ZJ Grand Cherokee vehicles replaces the front differential housing upper control arm bushings Johnny Joint rod ends to get maximum articulation out of your suspension! This kit includes a Johnny Joint insert for gear case ear and installation tool, as well as 1 in. thick flame-cut steel upright for the tube side, with the Johnny Joint already installed. This kit has you cut off the top of the stock bracket that is on the tube and install the new RockJock piece into the existing bracket base. You then weld the RockJock piece to the existing bracket base. This allows for no welding to be done on the tube, resulting in no warpage of the tube.This kit requires cutting and welding equipment for installation!!! NOTES: This kit included larger than stock, 1/2 in. greasable hardware for use in performance applications! Control arm holes will have to be drilled to accept the 1/2 in. bolts. This kit is for use on any factory Dana 30 or 44 differential only!

I met a couple of the Core 4x4 guys at the Salt Lake Offroad Expo and decided to try them out after noticing one of my control arm bushings was disintegrated. I called to discuss parts on Thursday and I was leaving for a trip on Saturday. These guys built my control arms and had them ready to be picked up Friday, 24 hours later. The parts seem to be great quality and they charged me nothing extra to have them painted. These guys were extremely helpful and without them my trip probably would have been cancelled. looking forward to testing out the arms on my next trip to Moab.

2022 I ordered a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in High Velocity yellow. Without any hesitation I knew I was going with Core 4x4’s 16pc Camp series suspension, powder coated in yellow. Compliments were a given from any and everyone that looked under my jeep. So beefy, I may have left some yellow paint on the rocks from Maine to Florida, but no bends or breaks. Customer service has been perfect each and every time I have needed something. Their warranty is top notch! Their communication is also wonderful. Might upgrade to the Crawl Series control arms where the Johnny joints are on both sides. Great all around company and a great team to troubleshoot your issue and come to a conclusion. Nothing bad to say about this company. Just love this suspension.

I have bought a bunch of sets of arms, track bars and even had custom work done by Core 4x4. Just yesterday, Spence and Cam delivered an awesome cross member they designed and built for me! All of their products have been exceptional! I have personally seen their progression with design changes/updates. They truly take pride in their work and products. Quality control is second to none! Had a great experience with Core 4x4, I desperately needed a custom track bar and found out just a couple days before Easter Jeep Safari. Spence was a huge help and made it happen with plenty of time to spare. Their parts are top notch!
