Front Fox 2.0 Performance Series IFP Shock 3-4.5in Lift - TJ/LJ

After ordering an upper and lower adjustable control arm kit manufactured by CORE 4X4 from a jeep parts distributor who's intials are E.T., they came with 3 of the threaded ends missing. After over 2 months of phone calls and emails to this E.T. company nothing was resolved. I finally decided to call CORE 4X4 myself and tell them my dilemma. I spoke with a very personable and professional gentleman named Korby, who is one of CORE 4X4's representatives, after a brief discussion of what I went thru he simply asked me for a picture and some measurements and the items I was missing and asked if I could cover ONLY the cost of shipping and I had my missing parts in exactly 1 weeks time. This company not only builds all it's parts in the U.S.A., they stand behind their products with great customer service and life time warranty. My experience with this company and their Rep Korby was fantastic. I would definitely recommend CORE 4X4 to anyone who needs parts for any 4x4 projects. You just can't beat their quality and service. I purchased a upper and lower set of control arms from core 4x4 they came early then expected and seem to be very nice quality I ran into a complication installing them and emailed them my question I was expecting to get the response maybe the next day because it was after hours I got a response in about a few minutes which allowed me to finish the project that day I super appreciate that, the products are good strong lifetime warranty and their customer service is top notch

I met a couple of the Core 4x4 guys at the Salt Lake Offroad Expo and decided to try them out after noticing one of my control arm bushings was disintegrated. I called to discuss parts on Thursday and I was leaving for a trip on Saturday. These guys built my control arms and had them ready to be picked up Friday, 24 hours later. The parts seem to be great quality and they charged me nothing extra to have them painted. These guys were extremely helpful and without them my trip probably would have been cancelled. looking forward to testing out the arms on my next trip to Moab.

Not sure where to start, Products or Service or Warranty. Products: I found Core4x4 through a very respected YouTuber in the Jeeping community. I purchased an entire set of Core4x4 Control Arms three years ago and have beat the daylights out of them and they are still in great condition. Now, I purchased another Jeep, this time for my daughter and bought yet another set of Control Arms because I know that these things can take a beating and stand up to it. I plan on replacing more parts on this TJ and my JL and will continue to buy from Core4x4. Service: This isn't some huge name conglomerate that treats you like you're just another customer. They are quick with responses and will always make things right should something be a problem. Oh and the quickness in which they ship their products is unmatched. I bought these CAs for my TJ on Thursday, I received them on Monday. Most other manufacturers will tell you weeks, they had them to me in 2 shipping days. Warranty: Seriously, a lifetime warranty? Yes please. Nothing more to say. I can't say enough about how great of a company this is. I've even spoken to the owner through email a few years back on some questions that I had. Core 4x4 has outstanding products at a fair price and unmatched customer service. When you call Korby, it's like talking with a friend. Very cool and helpul! I ordered some custom control arms, but from the wrong product line and they were super cool about returning them and upgrading to a better "Crawl" series. Only charged the difference between the two products. They paid all the return shipping and sent the uprgaded arms super quick. It was only a couple days. Awesome!! I couldn't be happier with the transaction👍🏼 Also, these control arms are stout and take a beating. I run heck out my Jeep in the rocks and desert. No problems whatsoever. 2022 I ordered a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in High Velocity yellow. Without any hesitation I knew I was going with Core 4x4’s 16pc Camp series suspension, powder coated in yellow. Compliments were a given from any and everyone that looked under my jeep. So beefy, I may have left some yellow paint on the rocks from Maine to Florida, but no bends or breaks. Customer service has been perfect each and every time I have needed something. Their warranty is top notch! Their communication is also wonderful. Might upgrade to the Crawl Series control arms where the Johnny joints are on both sides. Great all around company and a great team to troubleshoot your issue and come to a conclusion. Nothing bad to say about this company. Just love this suspension.
